These terms cover the getspiritbingo.com marketing website only — browsing the site and submitting the "Request Access" form. They are not a service agreement for the SpiritBingo product.
Scope
This page governs use of getspiritbingo.com. It does not cover the SpiritBingo iOS and Android apps or admin dashboard, which schools that onboard use under a separate agreement covering the actual service, including data handling for student attendance information.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit the Request Access form to inquire about SpiritBingo for your school. Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or interfere with its normal operation.
Content and intellectual property
The SpiritBingo name, logo, and the content on this site belong to SpiritBingo LLC. You're welcome to link to this site; please don't reproduce its content elsewhere without asking first.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update the effective date above.
