Information we collect

When you submit the Request Access form on this site, we collect:

• First and last name
• School email address
• School name
• Your role (e.g. Athletic Director, Principal, Teacher/Staff)
• Approximate school enrollment size
• Anything you write in the optional message field

We don't use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this website, and we don't collect any information from visitors who just browse the site without submitting the form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, evaluate fit for your school, and follow up about onboarding SpiritBingo — typically within 48 hours. We also send a short automated confirmation email to the address you provide, letting you know your request was received.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and process form submissions. Your form data passes through:

• Formspree — receives and stores your form submission and forwards it to our team.
• Resend — sends the automated confirmation email, using your first name, email address, and school name.
• Vercel — hosts this website and the small server function that triggers the confirmation email.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms as our data processors; we don't control their infrastructure but we do choose them deliberately and limit what we send them to what's needed for the task above.

The SpiritBingo app and admin dashboard

This policy covers only the marketing website. The SpiritBingo iOS and Android apps (used by students) and the web admin dashboard (used by school staff) are separate products with their own data — attendance records, stamps, prize tracking, and account information. Schools that onboard receive separate documentation covering how that product-level data is handled. If you're a parent, student, or staff member with questions about the app itself, reach out using the contact details below and we'll point you to the right information.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for school administrators, athletic directors, and staff evaluating SpiritBingo for their school — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site's contact form.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's useful to our conversation with your school — typically for the duration of onboarding discussions and, if you become a customer, for the length of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted through this site at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information on this site, we'll update the effective date above. Check back here if you want to see the latest version.
